Bahan:
- CIPROFLOXACIN HEXPHARM 500 MG STRIP 10 TABLET (Cipro)
- RO DI
- Carbon Active
Dosis: 0.125mg per liter air tank
1 table 500mg Cipro larutin ke 50ml air RO, Nanti dapet takeran 10mg / ml larutan cipro
10 table 500mg Cipro larutin ke 500ml air RO, nanti akan dapat takaran yang sama 10mg / 1ml larutan cipro
Pre-Treatment
- Matikan Skimmer
- Cabut Carbon Active, GFO, Rowaphos dan lainya
- Stop dosing Amino / Carbon Source
- Suhu disarankan di 26-27
During-Treatment
- Dosing : 0.125mg per liter
- Contoh Total air tank 700 Liter, maka butuh 0.125*700 = 87.5 mg cipro, jika menggunakan larutan maka dosis larutan 87.5 / 10 = 8.75 ml per hari
- Jika tidak yakin efeknya terhadap coral seperti apa, bisa start 1/4 dose dl
- Treatment selama 10 hari
Post-Treatment
- WC di hari ke 11 sebanyak 40-50% sambil siphon
- Dosing bakteri AOB/NOB seperti seachem stability/ Dr Tim One and Only setelah WC
- Dosing bakteri probiotic or mix bakteri probiotic seperti seperti Seachem Pristine / Dr Tim Waste away
- Pasang lagi GFO, Carbon Active, Nyalakan Skimmer
- WC lagi 20% di hari ke 15
